This service is available to Carleton place and Almonte only.  All other areas will be onsite service.

*Minimum service duration is 1 hr.  Fees do not include parts or taxes. Payments are due in full upon completion of work.

 

 

PICK UP / DROP OFF SERVICE

Onsite Rates: Carleton Place $60.00/Hr (1Hr minimum)

All other service areas $60.00/Hr (1Hr minimum) + $50.00 Service call

Professional Onsite IT Services

Bronze: $39.99
- Internal/external cleaning, Virus scan, Drivers update and windows update.

Silver: $59.99
- Bronze pkg. +  Spyware removal, Registry cleaning, Registry defrag, (1) hard disk defrag  and clean up un-necessary files.

Gold: $79.99
- Silver pkg. +  additional hard disk defrag, re-apply thermal paste to CPU, check + oil fans, Tighten hinges

Platinum: $99.99
- Gold pkg. + Windows  complete tune up, 15mins consultation for upgrades, complete component diagnostic and stress test.

 

TUNE UP’S

Upgrades that are done while the machine is being serviced can be installed at no extra charge.

Done separately regular hourly rates apply. (above) plus the cost of parts.

 

UPGRADES

We can build you a new custom computer system sometimes using some of your old computer parts saving you money!

Used systems are available for sale sometimes.  Please inquire.

A 30% deposit is required  on all custom systems before system is built.
